We provide residential rooms for long term rental. You are mainly sharing a room with one or more flatmates. Double and twin rooms (when both beds are available) can also be booked for your sole use. Rental Rates include *Power, FREE WIFI Internet, Sky TV, Flat Screen TV, Full Furnishings, Bedding, Dishwashing Liquid, Rubbish Bags, Toilet Paper. *Power is capped - excess is split across flatmates (nothing major) which usually occurs during winter. Our rooms are very popular with workers and students in Queenstown. Fail these simple rules and your Tenancy will definitely be Terminated! INTERESTED IN A ROOM If your interested in a room, please complete the enquiry form clearly supplying all your details, photo, “current job details” etc. ONLINE BOOKINGS Rooms/Beds can only be booked online within 2-3 days of becoming available, so make sure you check back closer to the day a room/bed becomes available to book it.
